Objective
A highlight of any global franchise conference is the introduction of new and exciting menu items. Our client planned to unveil an exclusive culinary menu featuring new snacks and sauces. However, an operational kitchen was essential to serve hot and fresh samples to attendees. Without an accessible kitchen on-site, the event’s culinary experience was at risk.
Solution
Faced with the challenge of kitchen access, Etherio demonstrated its adaptability by partnering with local vendors. Our team arranged for external kitchens to be set up near the venue and repurposed a nearby hotel’s kitchen to prepare fresh, hot meals. These swift actions ensured a flawless culinary showcase for the event, keeping the new product launch on track.
Additionally, Etherio showcased its ability to deliver engaging experiences while ensuring compliance by collaborating with over 40 vendors to organize a special alcohol sampling activation. By coordinating with the sponsors and maintaining adherence to all regulations, we delivered an engaging experience for attendees.
