As Senior HR Manager, Faranak Yousefi partners with the HR team to elevate employee experience and enhance HR services at Etherio.
Faranak brings a decade of experience in Human Resources, including managing HR functions in the real estate industry in the Middle East and overseeing HR and operations in the association management industry within the US. Her strategic approach to human resources is supported by a master’s degree in HR and a proven ability to navigate complex HR challenges.
Faranak holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Georgetown University. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Certified Azure Data Scientist (currently renewing this certificate).
She is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Association Management Companies Institute.
Outside of work, Faranak finds joy in nurturing her garden and challenging her strategic thinking through amateur chess. Recently, she has been exploring the fascinating world of AI and machine learning.
