Glen Farmer
Controller
Glen Farmer is the Controller, where he leads finance strategy, planning, and reporting to drive scalable, data-informed growth. With over 30 years of experience across biopharma, investment, and healthcare, he has held senior roles including CFO of Immune Therapeutics, CFO of Croma Pharmaceuticals, Finance Director at Premier, Inc., and Controller at iAnthus Capital. Glen began his career at PwC, building a foundation in accounting, compliance, and transaction support. He has held several senior leadership roles, guiding organizations through complex financial transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions.
Glen holds an MBA in Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland. Outside the office, Glen is an avid hockey fan and home chef who enjoys pairing fine wines with his culinary creations.
