Kate Hausner
Senior Association Manager
Kate serves as senior associate and director of operations for the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA), bringing more than 18 years of experience in association management, program development, and international meeting logistics. In this role, she oversees operations, event planning, and strategic coordination to support WWCDA’s global mission.
Before joining Etherio, Kate was assistant director of meetings for the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS), managing international congresses, faculty coordination, and leadership oversight. She also held roles with the World Allergy Organization and American Express Global Business Travel. Kate holds a BA in journalism and communications from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is a Certified Digital Event Strategist (DES).
In her free time, Kate enjoys reading, playing volleyball, gardening, and cheering on her favorite Wisconsin teams—including her kids’ many sports.
