Cydney Reid, SHRM-CP

Cydney Reid is dedicated to creating positive employee experiences that help teams feel supported, connected, and set up for success. As HR Administrator, she supports people operations and workplace experience by leading new hire onboarding, coordinating employee orientations, and managing day-to-day HR and office operations across multiple locations. Her work helps ensure employees have the resources, support, and environment they need to thrive from day one.

From employee wellness initiatives and vendor partnerships to office management and operational support, she plays a key role in fostering a workplace culture that is welcoming, efficient, and people-focused.

Cydney earned her Bachelor of Arts from Clark Atlanta University.

A lifelong competitor, Cydney enjoys spending time on the tennis court and channels her creativity into designing balloon décor for events. Her attention to detail extends beyond the workplace—she even earned a championship ring as a collegiate tennis player.
