Jack Flatley

Jack Flatley is committed to helping associations operate efficiently while creating meaningful experiences for members, volunteers, and stakeholders. As a senior association manager, he supports the day-to-day administration and operations of client organizations, working closely with leadership, members, vendors, and volunteer teams to advance organizational goals. His responsibilities span membership management, programming, website oversight, marketing initiatives, conference planning, and operational support, all with a focus on delivering exceptional service and organizational excellence.

Before joining Etherio, Jack built a diverse professional background across consulting and entertainment. He worked as a consultant for Blackstone, Inc. in New York City and later served as a talent agent with Avalon Artists Group, where he helped clients pursue opportunities in theatre, film, and television. These experiences strengthened his skills in relationship management, communication, and strategic problem-solving—skills he now brings to his association management work.

Jack earned his bachelor’s degree from New York University.

When he’s not supporting clients and members, Jack enjoys staying active through running and swimming. He is also a passionate supporter of the performing arts and can often be found attending live theatre productions or spending time with friends and family.
