Madelyn Echevarria

Madelyn Echevarria brings a hospitality-driven approach to event planning, combining strong organizational skills with a passion for creating exceptional attendee experiences. As a Senior Event Coordinator, she supports the planning and execution of meetings and events by managing timelines, coordinating vendors and client communications, overseeing registration, and handling on-site logistics. She also assists with budget planning, reporting, and special event details while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event operations from start to finish.

Prior to joining Etherio, Madelyn built her foundation in customer experience and hospitality through roles with several highly regarded organizations. She served as Lead Guest Coordinator at Atlas, the Michelin-starred restaurant located within The St. Regis Atlanta, where she supported private events, guest services, and elevated dining experiences. She later joined Porsche in a Customer Experience role, helping support customer relations initiatives and deliver exceptional service within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Madelyn attended Georgia State University, where she pursued a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership. She is also actively involved in her sorority and served on Georgia State University’s Panhellenic Board as Executive Vice President.

Whether she’s planning her next adventure, discovering a new restaurant, or experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, Madelyn is always looking for new experiences. She also enjoys staying active through Pilates and can usually be found with a good book close by.
