Carlos Alvarado
Sr. Association Coordinator
Carlos oversees membership management for the National Property Management Association, serving as the primary point of contact for member inquiries. He manages the production and distribution of their biweekly newsletter, prepares monthly membership reports, and coordinates annual chapter documentation, including financial records. Additionally, he creates and facilitates enrollment for educational courses to support member engagement and continuing education initiatives.
Before his time at Etherio, Carlos had previous experience in sales and customer service. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Professional and Organizational Communications, Minor in Psychology.
He is a self-proclaimed computer geek, and he loves to play all kinds of different video games! He built his entire computer from scratch, picking out all of the individual parts and assembling it piece by piece.
