Michelle Belton

Michelle serves as an association associate at Etherio, supporting the Academy of Life Underwriting and the Life Insurance Settlement Association. She manages membership services and communications, event planning, database and website administration, while also contributing to association management system implementation and process improvement.

With a strong background in operations and marketing, Michelle has driven growth and efficiency across every organization she’s served. Before joining Etherio, she worked as Operations and Marketing Manager for a retail start-up, where she expanded the team and increased company revenue.

Michelle enjoys exploring her creativity through digital and hands-on design projects, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
