Irina Butler
Vice President, Association Management
Irina serves as vice president of association management, leading regulatory oversight and strategic initiatives for association clients in the health care and pharmaceutical sectors. She guides teams in compliance, operations, and stakeholder engagement to achieve organizational goals.
Prior to joining Etherio, Irina managed programs at the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics, overseeing national initiatives and cross-institute collaborations. She holds a B.S. in History and Political Science from Western New England College and a Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason University.
