Amy Critzer

As the executive director of The Users Group, Inc. (TUG), Amy is responsible for board management, strategic planning, financial management, exhibitor and sponsor sales, and speaker management for events. She works closely with TUG’s Education Committee in the process of planning workshops, conferences, and online educational offerings throughout the year. Amy supports both our internal and external client teams to promote the success and growth of the association.

Amy brings over 13 years of association management experience to her role. Prior to joining Etherio, she worked in membership at the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE). Amy earned her B.S. in Communications with a focus in advertising from the University of North Florida. She is an active member of the Georgia Society of Association Executives (GSAE).

Amy enjoys traveling, the beach, iced coffee any time of the year (even if it’s snowing), and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles and Jacksonville Jaguars.
