Allison Crouder

As an executive director, Allison works with volunteer boards and members to increase and maintain Mile High SHRM’s efficiency and communication. She assists them with growth, image, impact, and outreach to grow the association and benefit as many HR professionals as possible.

Before her time at Etherio, Allison was active in Sales, Business Development, and Member Management. Having worked with an international start-up and the South Metro Denver Chamber, she’s hosted a variety of roles to increase their success. Most recently, she managed over 300 business accounts, coordinated events, liaised volunteer boards, site selection, and sponsorships, and had a compounding effect on participation and enthusiasm from membership to both organizations. Allison earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She is active in Project CURE, Women in Business Leadership Group, Barcelona Foundation, and Power Up Energy Coalition.

Hailing from Alaska, adventure is in her blood. Allison adores adventure travel, like dude ranches, and recently went cave exploring and climbed underground waterfalls with her kids in Belize. One of her favorite pastimes is the ice sport curling, and she has a horse named Whiskey Jack, which is what Canadians call Gray Jaybirds.
