Dan Darby, CEM
Associate Director of Exhibits & Sponsorship
Dan leads the strategy and execution of Etherio’s exhibits and sponsorship programs, ensuring each partnership delivers value and impact. He works closely with sponsors and internal teams to create seamless experiences that meet goals and exceed expectations. With a strong background in project leadership and negotiation, Dan helps drive revenue growth through thoughtful collaboration and relationship-building.
Before his time at Etherio, he was a former show director for LightFair, North America’s largest architectural and commercial lighting trade show and conference. He attended UGA, where he studied Journalism and Public Relations. Dan is a proud member of IAEE and a volunteer for the Twirl to the World Foundation.
Fun fact about Dan is that he is colorblind, so if my clothes match, someone probably dressed him! Outside of work, Dan enjoys landscaping design and woodworking.
