Lily serves as Vice President of Association Management at Etherio, where she leads client operations and strategic initiatives for multiple associations. She brings a collaborative approach to management, guiding teams to enhance efficiency, strengthen partnerships, and deliver measurable results for clients.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the association and health care sectors, Lily specializes in operations, strategic planning, systems improvement, and project management. Before joining Etherio, she served as Operations Director at a Federally Qualified Health Center and as part of the senior leadership team at the National Family Planning & Reproductive Health Association. She currently serves as chair-elect of the AMC Institute Accreditation & Standards Committee and sits on the board of a local community organization. Based in Washington, D.C., Lily enjoys exploring the city with her family by bike or relaxing by the pool with a great book.
