Stephanie Dernek , CAE, CMP

Stephanie is the director of events, leading the events management team and overseeing a national client portfolio. She delivers high-impact conferences and engagement initiatives with a focus on operational excellence and stakeholder experience. Stephanie excels at designing complex event strategies, integrating new technologies, and aligning programming with sponsorship, engagement, and revenue goals.

Stephanie has held leadership roles across healthcare and social justice organizations, bringing extensive expertise in global program management. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a Master’s in Social Justice from Loyola University Chicago. A Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), she is also a trauma-informed certified yoga instructor.
