Lillian serves as associate director of site selection, where she sources global events that align with strategic business objectives. In this role, she partners closely with clients and suppliers to negotiate contracts and deliver impactful, high-quality experiences through strong communication, market insight, and attention to detail.
With more than 25 years in the hospitality industry, Lillian has held roles in airline customer service, corporate travel consulting, meeting planning, global venue sourcing, and supplier relations—experience that gives her a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the ability to deliver exceptional results.
Lillian holds an SEPC – EIC Sustainability Certification and enjoys creating special effects makeup in her spare time.
