John Flatley
Managing Director, Association Management
John manages the association management business unit, leading a team of professionals who provide scalable services and strategic expertise to client partners. He founded Association Management Strategies, which joined Etherio in 2025. He has extensive experience in legislative and executive branch affairs, as a lobbyist, gubernatorial aide, and legislative assistant in Washington, DC.
A native of Wisconsin and the ninth of ten children, John is a lifelong Badger fan. He and his family enjoy spending time at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
