Melissa provides association management and organizational leadership, guiding client programs and internal teams across project management, people operations, programming, board leadership, and financial management.
She holds a B.A. in Communications from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). An active member of the AMC Institute, Melissa serves on its Annual Meeting Committee and has held leadership roles in school, club, and sports organizations throughout her career.
An Army kid at heart, Melissa is a natural connector and values family as her home base.
