Jennifer Fowler

At Etherio, Jennifer implements an effective recruitment strategy and process that will allow Etherio to hire talented and exceptional professionals to ensure alignment, productivity, and profitability.

Prior to her time at Etherio, she has 20+ years of Human Resource experience in the areas of Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Compensation, Performance Management, and Policy Development. Jennifer held HR leadership roles with USMotivation and GRATITUDESgroup which allowed the opportunity to drive positive changes in organizations and communities. She is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. As well as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), volunteer at The Ansley School sharing art and literacy-based projects and a parent volunteer at Saint Jude School and Blessed Trinity High School.

In her spare time, Jennifer is a mom to three kiddos who keep her busy with their sports including Taekwondo, Basketball, and the equestrian sport of Eventing. She likes spending time with my daughter and her horse at the barn and traveling to competitions. If she has a quiet moment, you can find her reading and painting.
