Katie Fuller

As vice president of incentives, Katie has traveled the globe crafting uncommon experiences for some of the world’s most progressive companies. Katie has personally operated incentive programs in more than 45 countries, promoting employee satisfaction and increased productivity. She sources and plans experiences for companies across an array of industries, ensuring that each organization’s incentive experience is curated to meet their needs and goals.

As the former director of marketing for a global technology company, Katie has the foundation to bridge both language and international boundaries by connecting a brand message to an experience. Katie received her bachelor’s degree in communication with business minor from the University of Alabama. She serves as a board member and co-chair of the mentor program at Covenant House New Orleans.

Katie has successfully flown a fighter jet over the Milford Sound (with help from her co-pilot)!
