Allison Hammer, MA, CAE
Association Executive Director
Allison is the Executive Director for the Western Association of College and University Business Officers and SHRM Colorado State Council for Etherio.
She is known for her inclusive leadership and strategic vision in association management. Allison excels in long-range planning, operational excellence, and innovative program development. She is passionate about collaborating with engaged board members to build resilient associations that empower both members and communities. Allison holds her Master’s in nonprofit management and Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential. She is also a Board Member on the Colorado Society of Association Executives.
