Amanda Hammerli, CMP
Senior Association Manager
Amanda joined Etherio in 2010 and has since served six association clients in various roles. She is the executive director of the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP), overseeing daily operations, guiding strategy, and supporting the financial success of the organization.
Prior to joining Etherio, Amanda was the director of events for Goodwood Museum & Gardens in Tallahassee, Florida, for six years. During her tenure, she supported the completion of the $2.5 million facility, which earned the 2008 ConventionSouth Reader’s Choice Award as a top event facility in Florida. Amanda holds her B.A. from Florida State University. Amanda is involved in the Florida Society of Association Executives, Georgia Society of Association Executives, Junior League of Tallahassee, Suwannee River Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, and Children’s Home Society of Florida.
In 2015, a group of Etherio team members decided to sign up for a client’s 5K event, and Amanda spent about a month “training” for what she thought would be her one and only 5K. Eight years later, she has competed in countless 5Ks and 10Ks. In 2022, she completed her first half marathon. Her proudest running moment was the day her 10-year-old son joined her for his first 5K.
