Laura Hanrahan

Laura Hanrahan oversees the end-to-end planning and execution of key meetings and events across a portfolio of life sciences clients. She partners closely with stakeholders to ensure operational delivery while supporting their broader strategic goals.

Laura brings more than 20 years of experience in meetings, events, and association management. Prior to joining the team, she spent 16 years with River West Meeting Associates, advancing to Account Director after holding progressively senior roles. Earlier in her career, she spent five years with a large association management firm, managing corporate events and large-scale conferences for a diverse portfolio of associations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University, where she double majored in Marketing and Commercial Recreation and Facility Management.

Outside of work, she is an avid runner and considers running her favorite form of daily therapy. She has also volunteered with Special Olympics and various community initiatives throughout the Chicago area.
