Andrea Haymore

Andrea Haymore is a senior association executive director with a passion for helping organizations grow their impact, advance their missions, and create meaningful change within their industries. As Senior Association Executive Director, she leads the Association for Dental Safety (ADS) and the ADS Foundation, overseeing organizational strategy, growth initiatives, governance, and revenue development. She serves as a trusted advisor to both Boards of Directors, guiding strategic planning efforts and helping position the organizations for long-term success. Andrea also works closely with the ADS team to advance education initiatives and represents the organization at national meetings, industry events, and strategic forums.

Andrea brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare associations and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Etherio, she led business development and strategic initiatives for the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation, where she built partnerships that expanded access to sustainable vision care around the world. Earlier in her career, she managed a quality improvement program and developed healthcare strategies for physicians through the American Heart Association, supporting efforts to address childhood obesity and improve community health outcomes.

She earned her MBA in Not-for-Profit Management from the University of Dallas and holds a bachelor’s degree in English and French from Eastern Connecticut State University.
When she’s not working with association leaders and volunteers, Andrea enjoys traveling with her family, discovering new destinations, and cheering on her favorite teams at sporting events.
