Jean Koch

As our accounts receivable manager, Jean supports Etherio by managing the client billing process, managing payments and invoices. Additionally, she processes invoices for hotel commissions on behalf of Etherio. She recognizes the importance of accurate billing and works to maintain positive relationships with business partners.

Jean brings 18 years of billing and collections experience to her role at Etherio. She earned her B.S. in Marketing from Long Island University. Jean partners with One Hope Wines to give back to nonprofit organizations.

Jean is a social butterfly who enjoys attending concerts with her fiancee, cooking, and attending wine tastings. She also loves road trips and plans to buy an RV and travel the country!
