Michelle Lee, CPC

Michelle heads up the Organization for Safety, Asepsis, and Prevention (OSAP), oral healthcare’s only membership association solely focused on infection prevention and patient safety education. Michelle’s contagious enthusiasm for the projects she undertakes inspires her colleagues and stakeholders, leaving a lasting impact on the industry and contributing to OSAP’s position as an authority in infection prevention and control.

Michelle brings more than 30 years of experience in the dental and healthcare industries to her role at Etherio. Her experience includes leading the Southeast’s largest dental and medical staffing firm and providing leadership and team development training to dental professionals. Michelle attended Berry College where she received her B.S. in Communication. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and was named as one of the Most Influential People in Dentistry by Incisal Edge Magazine in 2020 and 2021.

Michelle enjoys spending her free time running marathons, cheering for her favorite soccer teams, Atlanta United and Arsenal, and spending time with her beautiful grandchildren.
