Rachael Manzanares Hartman

As an association manager, Rachael supports association clients with event setup, event registration management, reporting, content development and creation, community management, vendor management, and more. She collaborates with internal and external client teams to manage the day-to-day operations contributing to the association’s success, longevity, and financial wellbeing.

Before joining Etherio, Rachael worked with several Atlanta-based non-profit organizations serving a variety of communities. She gained years of experience in grant writing, strategic planning, board and committee management, event planning, membership management, marketing, and more. Rachael earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Georgia State University.

Rachael reads between 20 and 30 new books each year. She tracks the books she’s read in her notes app, using emojis to describe her feelings about each book!
