Hunter Pierce
Senior Association Manager
At Etherio, Hunter provides board support, membership management, communications lead, sponsorship stewardship and support, meeting registration and planning, and other administrative duties on behalf of our association clients, Women in ETFs (WE) and IASH.
Before her time at Etherio, Hunter entered the non-profit industry about 10 years ago at Junior Achievement of Georgia as a Volunteer Manager. Making connections and partnering with corporate volunteers, community helpers, and small groups quickly became a passion of hers. Hunter has her psychology degree from the University of Georgia. She has is a volunteer at Exhibit Attendant at Yellow River Wildlife Sanctuary, counselor at The Trevor Project, and a volunteer basketball coach at Tucker Recreation Center.
Bravery and adaptability both fuel her superpower of Learning-on-the-Fly. Hunter once showcased this ability by stepping in as a back-up choir singer for Barry Manilow at Lakewood Amphitheater in Atlanta, despite having no professional singing experience. This experience taught her that challenges are also opportunities, and lip sync’ing works in a pinch!
