Phylicia Ross, CAE
Senior Association Manager
Phylicia is a senior association manager who leads membership strategy and engagement for the Pharmaceutical Product Stewardship Work Group (PPSWG). She develops recruitment plans, guides prospective members through the application process, and works to strengthen the overall member experience.
Phylicia built extensive experience in membership and volunteer management with the American Guild of Organists. She also served as Executive Director of the Westchester County Psychological Association and as Administrator for the Westchester Center for Psychological Education, where she advanced organizational operations and member engagement.
She enjoys hiking with her dog, knitting, and getting lost in a good book.
