Bailey Schmidt

As Association Manager, Bailey supports Mile High SHRM’s members by overseeing engagement, programming, and community-building initiatives. She manages day-to-day operations, coordinates events and activities, and ensures the organization delivers meaningful value to its membership.

Bailey previously worked as a project manager on large-scale government e-learning initiatives, where she led cross-functional teams and coordinated stakeholders to deliver impactful programs. This experience strengthened her skills in collaboration, project execution, and managing complex initiatives from start to finish. Bailey earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University, with concentrations in Marketing and Management and a minor in Leadership. Bailey is an active member of PMI Mile High and volunteers annually with Project Angel Heart. She also enjoys visiting local assisted living facilities with her dogs, bringing joy and connection to residents.

Bailey is a proud dog mom to Zeus and Sully and adores spending time with her young nephew. She makes it a personal challenge to meet at least one new friend everywhere she goes, and is known among family and friends as an avid seasonal decorator; her home is always ready to celebrate the next holiday!
