Nikole Sheldon manages the moving pieces that transform event concepts into experiences. From project planning and stakeholder coordination to onsite execution, she brings structure and attention to detail to every program while ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.

Nikole brings more than 15 years of experience leading complex, high-visibility initiatives across association, corporate, and global environments. Her expertise in strengthening systems, reducing risk, and creating consistent, high-quality outcomes helps ensure every event is set up for success.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Special Events from Grand Valley State University.

Outside of work, Nikole enjoys live concerts, a good book, cardio drumming classes, and crafting projects that always seem easier online. She is also known to settle in with her favorite hoodie and read “just one more chapter.”
