Rheanna Smith
Association Executive Director
Rheanna is an association executive director overseeing operations, communications, marketing strategy, and meeting planning for multiple clients, including NADC, AHOU, and PMOPA. She also chairs the DEI Committee.
She has over 15 years of experience in association management, marketing, communications, and nonprofit leadership. Rheanna previously managed four membership associations at TEAM, Inc., served as assistant director of meetings for the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society, and provided freelance marketing and project management services. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Alverno College and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University, and serves as vice president on The Starfish Foundation Board of Directors.
Rheanna enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and reading with her husband, son, and English Mastiff.
