Amanda Thomas
Senior Event Manager, Life Sciences
Amanda will be the program manager for HFSAs Annual Scientific Meeting and the BCoD annual meeting. Assisting with other projects as part of the Life Sciences team.
She has many years of experience as a planner for nonprofit trade associations and healthcare organizations. Amanda has also worked in hotels and event venues in sales and event operations. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising from Syracuse University, Syracuse NY and has her Associates Degrees in Baking & Pastry Arts and Culinary Management from the Institute of Culinary Education.
Amanda is a professionally trained pastry chef who now just bakes for fun! She loves to travel, read, work out, and her newest hobby is refinishing furniture!
