Erica Urban

As an association manager, Erica supports Mile High Society for Human Resources Management (Mile High SHRM).

Prior to Etherio, Erica has previously served as a Fraternity and Sorority Advisor at Davidson College and Baylor University. Erica was the Marketing and Events Director for The Horse’s Axe, an axe-throwing and billiards entertainment venue. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Dance Minor from Carthage College and Masters of Science in Education (Higher Education and Student Affairs) from Baylor University.

Erica has been a competitive axe thrower since 2018, competing in hatchet and big axe. She has a dog named Sadie and they love to go for walks and hikes. Erica also loves crafting and has recently started to embroider.
