Katie Verfurth, CMP, HMCC

Katie Verfurth serves as a lead project manager for large-scale events, overseeing planning, execution, and implementation from concept through completion. She manages project timelines and budgets, venue communications, food and beverage, sponsor fulfillment, staffing, and the many details that bring complex programs together.

Katie brings extensive experience managing 20+ meetings annually, ranging from intimate programs of 20 attendees to large-scale events with 900 participants. Her expertise spans registration, hotel management, travel, audiovisual, transportation, offsite events, staffing, budget management, and final billing. She has also led sponsorship programs supporting more than 80 sponsors, managing invoicing, communications, fulfillment, and relationship development.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Bradley University and is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate (HMCC) holder.
