Melanie is a seasoned strategic event professional passionate about creating unforgettable client experiences. As Director of Incentives, Melanie is responsible for planning and executing incentive travel programs while fostering and growing partnerships across several key corporate clients.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Melanie has successfully orchestrated many events across various industries. From incentive programs to corporate conferences and HCP meetings, Melanie meticulously manages each program with a focus on seamless execution and personalized service. Melanie is a member of the inaugural class of the Temple University Event Leadership Program and earned her Certified Meeting Professional credentials in 2009. Active in MPI and SITE, Melanie is dedicated to staying connected with industry trends and best practices. She also finds fulfillment in volunteering to support our military as a proud Army mom.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she also enjoys walks with her dog Sadie, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and expressing her creativity through painting. Being a huge fan of football, Melanie, spends the season cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles.
