The core objective was to create a unified and immersive event experience that maintained a consistent look and feel and streamlined registration processes across diverse geographic locations. Given the events’ expansive reach—encompassing road shows, facility tours, and golf tournaments—there was a pressing need to standardize the look and feel while tailoring registration pathways for diverse attendee categories. This included ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints, from invitations to check-ins.

Solution

Etherio and Eventgroove developed an innovative registration system with tailor-made pathways for different attendees—such as associates, contractors, and vendors—and specific customization for events like golf tournaments. This process incorporated hidden unlock codes and multiple registration options to align with guest categories, check-in times, and the distinct needs of each event.

The system allowed attendees to self-designate their categories, providing crucial logistical information in advance, such as equipment needs and dietary preferences. This facilitated a seamless check-in experience and ensured the Etherio team, together with retailer staff, could prepare meticulously for each event’s unique requirements.

Results

The collaboration resulted in a cohesive, branded experience reinforcing the retailer’s corporate identity while delivering operational efficiency:

  • Management of 31 concurrent events, showcasing organizational excellence.
  • Extensive reach across 33 states, delivering a cohesive and consistent branded experience consistent with retailer standards.
