No. Your account leadership, client team, and day-to-day contacts remain in place. You will continue working with the same people who know your association, its members and its priorities.

Where can I find more information?

Will service be disrupted during the integration?

We do not anticipate any disruption to client service. The integration will proceed thoughtfully and systematically over the coming months, with continuity for clients as the top priority. If anything feels different, we encourage you to contact your account leader immediately.

Who will lead the Association Management division?

John Flatley will continue to serve as Managing Director of Etherio Association Management. SMG founder Fred Stringfellow, CAE, joins Etherio as Executive Vice President, Etherio Association Management, where he will continue working with clients and contribute his experience to the leadership and growth of the practice.
