Allison Abney

Senior Director, Site Selection

Allison is responsible for sourcing and negotiating hotel contracts for various large meetings and events, sourcing top properties for our clients that align with their needs. Allison has over 18 years of experience in the events industry. Previously, she worked in the housing Services industry, specializing in housing management and site selection. Allison earned her B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of Florida. She serves on the Loews Hotel Customer Advisory Board and the Visit San Antonio Customer Advisory Board. Allison has a slight obsession with her Peloton. Her other hobbies include traveling, reading, attending her kids' sporting events, and watching BRAVO TV.

Jordan Alexander, CMP

Senior Event Manager

Jordan produces impactful meetings and events for a diverse corporate client portfolio. From agenda management to audio-visual production sourcing, Jordan is involved in every step of the conference management process. She has also served as Etherio's social committee chair, fostering our people-first company culture. Prior to joining Etherio, Jordan worked at PullSpark as an account executive and event producer, working closely with clients to maintain and grow relationships and managing event and video projects. Jordan has also worked for Junior League Golf and the Gwinnett Braves. She is a proud graduate of Clemson University. Jordan has played golf her entire life, and she loves to play in tournaments in her free time!

Eric Altschul

Chief Executive Officer

As Etherio’s chief executive officer, Eric’s primary responsibility is to ensure that our team exceeds expectations and fuels growth and success for our clients and the people who matter most to them. He is also focused on ensuring that each team member feels supported and empowered in their role, embodying our core values and noble purpose. Eric brings years of experience in both the travel and meetings industries to his role, learning from many great leaders and mentors. He holds his B.S. in Political Science. Eric supports a number of local charities and non-profit organizations in his hometown. Eric is a travel geek. He loves to research airline flight schedules and collect airline memorabilia.

Alissa Archer, CMP, MPA

Director of Events

As director of events, Alissa focuses on project management and logistics for corporate and franchise events. She specializes in budget creation and management, supporting the financial success of our clients. Before she joined Etherio, Alissa was an event manager at AAHOA (Asian American Hotel Owners Association). She has also served as project manager at Omnience Events, where she led a logistics team for IBM World of Watson. She holds her B.S. in Psychology and Business Management and a master's degree in public administration (MPA). Alissa is also a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP). Alissa enjoys guided fly fishing with her husband and organizing closets. She is also an identical twin!

Heather Blanchard, CAE

Vice President, Association Management

As vice president of association management, Heather works with our association partners and Etherio team members to provide strategic guidance and operational support, maximizing the success of both our clients and our internal team. Heather brings over 15 years of non-profit leadership experience to her role at Etherio. She has worked in industries ranging from travel & tourism to economic development to an equestrian therapeutic center. Heather graduated Magna Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and a Travel Marketing Professional (TMP). Heather also holds her Leadership Excellence Certification (LEC). She is involved in the Georgia Society Association Executives and the American Society of Association Executives. Additionally, Heather participates in her city's LEAD Academy and is a member of her local Public Arts Commission. Heather is a proud military brat who values the phrase "home is where the heart is.” She has been in a hot air balloon race, ridden on the wings of a biplane, and was once couple #7 in a Busch Gardens roller coaster wedding.

Betsey Blimline, CLP

Marketing Specialist

Betsey supports the International Association of Insurance Professionals as the director of marketing and education. She is responsible for writing, editing, and publishing marketing communications to support the growth of the organization. She also creates and executes the organization's marketing strategy. Betsey brings over 25 years of experience in marketing and communications, primarily for non-profit associations. She has a proven track record of developing professional, creative, and effective marketing strategies. She holds a B.S. in Marketing. Betsey is involved with Atlanta Pet Rescue, where she is a board member, fundraiser, adoption counselor, foster parent, and volunteer trainer. She also volunteers with Furkids, Forsyth County Humane Society, Ruff Dog Rescue, and All About Cats Rescue. Betsey has a passion for pet rescue. Her goal is to become a hospice foster parent for senior dogs and cats, providing them with love in their golden years.

Lisa Burton, CMP

Senior Vice President

As the senior vice president of meetings & events, Lisa manges the Etherio Meetings & Events team, overseeing client management, venue sourcing, and event operations. She supports both our internal team members and client teams, providing expert guidance and ensuring that we produce high-quality, impactful meetings and events that fuel success for our clients. Prior to joining Etherio, Lisa gained experience working for a biotechnology association located in Washington, DC and Capitol Hill. Her experience taught her to be adaptable and form strong relationships with clients. Lisa holds a B.A. in Political Science. She is also a member of the Corporate Event Marketing Association (CEMA) and the International Association of Exhibitions and Event (IAEE). Originally from Louisiana, Lisa loves to travel, cook, and attend Louisiana State University sporting events with family and friends. When traveling, she loves trying new food and meeting the local residents.

Amaya Castor

Senior Association Coordinator

Amaya serves as the primary contact for member relations at two associations, managing member data and communications. She also supports membership recruitment and retention initiatives, fueling growth for our clients. Prior to joining Etherio, Amaya worked as a human resources intern at a nonprofit organization, where she gained experience in recruitment. Amaya has since honed her project management and recruitment expertise. She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology. Amaya is originally from Long Island, New York. She loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and meeting new people!

Kimarie Chang

Senior Director of Events

Kimarie manages and supports a team of event planners serving our clients. She helps create authentic client relationships and memorable experiences, exceeding the expectations of our customers while enriching the lives and careers of her team of planners. Kimarie began her career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company before becoming a meeting planner. She has meeting planning experience spanning non-profits, global corporations, and associations. Kimarie earned her degree in rhetoric and communications from the University of Virginia. She serves as an Advisory Board Member with Fairfax County Stronger Together and volunteers with Women Giving Back. Kimarie is an Atlanta native who is excited to move back to the city to be near friends and family.

Beth Chitnis, CAE

Senior Vice President, Association Management

As senior vice president, Beth oversees Etherio’s association management business unit, leading the division in both strategy and operations. She also serves as an account executive for multiple full-service association management clients, inspiring and empowering our team members to create meaningful experiences for our clients and those they serve. Additionally, Beth guides association management teams in all service areas, including governance, leadership development, communications, membership, education, financial management, and event management. Beth brings years of experience in event management, business development, and leadership training to her role. She holds an M.B.A. with concentrations in marketing and organizational management from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She obtained her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana. Beth also earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2012. She is an active member of Meeting Professionals International, the American Society of Association Executives, the Georgia Society of Association Executives, and the AMC Institute. Thanks to her photographic memory, Beth has an unparalleled ability to recall information. If she’s seen it, she will very likely remember it.

Rebecca Clusserath

Senior Association Manager

Rebecca supports the National Property Management Association (NPMA) managing the six certifications offered by the association. She also manages production of The Property Professional magazine, which is produced five times a year. Prior to joining Etherio, Rebecca worked in the higher education sector for nearly 15 years. She began as the director of continuing education at a chiropractic college, where she facilitated re-licensure credit opportunities for chiropractic doctors and managed conferences and events. She also served as a program director at a community college, specializing in training and development. Rebecca holds her B.S. in Psychology. Rebecca enjoys hiking, whether it's on a forest trail or up a challenging mountain path. She takes pride in her accomplishment of conquering the Manitou Incline in Colorado, scaling 2,744 steps!

Ragan Cohn

Senior Vice President, Operations, Strategy, and Shared Services

As senior vice president, Ragan’s job is to keep our teams aligned and equipped to fulfill our client-focused purpose and successfully pursue our vision to be best-in-class. That means cultivating culture, leading conversations and initiatives to identify and advance strategic priorities and partnering with other Etherio leaders to keep us always growing and improving. Ragan also has the privilege of leading our marketing, technology, and HR teams. Before joining Etherio, Ragan gained over 20 years of non-profit and association leadership experience, including leading strategic initiatives and operations for a $25M certification organization. After successfully leading our largest association client through a change- and challenge-laden few years, Ragan took on her current leadership role with Etherio. Ragan is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. She is a current member and past board chair of the Georgia Society of Association Executives (GSAE). Ragan’s favorite season is college football season! (She is a Georgia fan with a soft spot for Clemson and LSU). She is a busy, proud, and happy mom of five who aspires to have time for new hobbies... one day. For now, she enjoys reading while sipping a hot latte!

Amy Critzer

Association Director

As the executive director of The Users Group, Inc. (TUG), Amy is responsible for board management, strategic planning, financial management, exhibitor and sponsor sales, and speaker management for events. She works closely with TUG's Education Committee in the process of planning workshops, conferences, and online educational offerings throughout the year. Amy supports both our internal and external client teams to promote the success and growth of the association. Amy brings over 13 years of association management experience to her role. Prior to joining Etherio, she worked in membership at the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE). Amy earned her B.S. in Communications with a focus in advertising from the University of North Florida. She is an active member of the Georgia Society of Association Executives (GSAE). Amy enjoys traveling, the beach, iced coffee any time of the year (even if it's snowing), and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Natasha Davis

Senior Event Coordinator

Natasha serves clients by supporting the planning and execution of events. Throughout all stages of the planning process, she ensures that each event meets the client's goal, resulting in meaningful impact. Natasha has always been a planner, but she found her passion for event management in college. Since then, she has honed her skills in hospitality and operations. Natasha earned her B.S. in Organizational Communication from Kennesaw State University. Outside of work, Natasha enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and attending concerts.

Ahmani Dawson, CP

Senior Administrative Coordinator

As the Sr. Administrative Coordinator at Etherio, Ahmani is responsible for facilitating the administration of ADS, which includes managing board communications, planning and coordinating meetings, and handling various other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Her extensive professional experience in the legal field, particularly as a Paralegal and in upper management roles at catastrophic injury law firms, has equipped Ahmani with strong organizational, communication, and management skills that are crucial for effectively executing her responsibilities at Etherio. Ahmani received her B.S. in Integrated Studies, with Specializations in Criminal Justice and Modern Language and Culture, Double minor in Legal Studies and Portuguese Language and Culture from Kennesaw State University. She also has her MPA- Public Administration from Clemson University. Ahmani is actively involved in Sigma Gamma Rho, Sorority, Inc., Member, Cheer P.A.L.S., Founder and Advisor South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice, Music Volunteer. She has been singing since before she could speak and utilizes any free time she has to explore her musical talent and share it with the world.

Jena Dunham

Vice President, Marketing & Creative Services

Jena leads the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies at Etherio, encompassing reputation management, web design, and digital content strategies. She also manages our internal agency, providing comprehensive support to clients across the company's four divisions: Association Management, Incentives, Life Sciences, and Meetings & Events. With nearly 20 years of combined corporate and agency experience, she has served as a brand strategist, specializing in omnichannel B2B and B2C marketing, communications, and brand development. Jena delivers strategies that engage clients, motivate teams, and propel brands forward. She has a B.A. in both Public Relations and Journalism, with a certification in graphic design. She has held board positions with the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta Women's Club, and Girls Scouts of Georgia. It's possible that Jena owns every episode or movie of Lucille Ball's career. She is a huge fan of her work and work ethic, and when they say, "I love Lucy," Jena says she loves her more. "If you want something done, ask a busy person. Senior Site Selection Manager

As a senior site selection manager, Yvonne is responsible for sourcing venues and negotiating contracts for meetings and events of all sizes. Yvonne brings a hospitality background in food and beverage management to her role at Etherio. She used her hands-on knowledge to successfully sell conference centers, hotels, and resorts in the southeast. Yvonne carried her hospitality experience into site selection, and she loves finding the perfect venues for clients. She earned her A.A. in English from Miami Dade College and continued coursework in English at the University of Texas at Arlington. Yvonne is a first-generation American and French is her first language. She spent her summers in France growing up!

Barbara Fisher

Site Selection Manager

As site selection manager, Barbara oversees sites logistics and contract management for client projects of 100 sleeping rooms or less. She is the primary internal and external client contact and works closely with hotels and CVBs to find the best venues for client events. Barbara assists the site selection team with data management, and she is the primary contact for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Booking Pace Reports. Prior to joining Etherio, Barbara was the executive assistant to the CEO of a hotel purchasing company and managed a vendor program for a hotel franchise company. She received her bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University. Barbara is an active Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Diabetes Parent Advisory Board member. She is also the social chair of her neighborhood. Traveling is Barbara’s passion! She has been to 35 states and five continents. She looks forward to making those numbers 50 and seven!

Jennifer Fowler

Talent Acquisition Manager

At Etherio, Jennifer implements an effective recruitment strategy and process that will allow Etherio to hire talented and exceptional professionals to ensure alignment, productivity, and profitability. Prior to her time at Etherio, she has 20+ years of Human Resource experience in the areas of Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Compensation, Performance Management, and Policy Development. Jennifer held HR leadership roles with USMotivation and GRATITUDESgroup which allowed the opportunity to drive positive changes in organizations and communities. She is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. As well as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), volunteer at The Ansley School sharing art and literacy-based projects and a parent volunteer at Saint Jude School and Blessed Trinity High School. In her spare time, Jennifer is a mom to three kiddos who keep her busy with their sports including Taekwondo, Basketball, and the equestrian sport of Eventing. She likes spending time with my daughter and her horse at the barn and traveling to competitions. If she has a quiet moment, you can find her reading and painting.

Account Executive

As an account executive, Yorke manages client relationships and supports our internal team in delivering best-in-class meetings and events for our clients. She identifies opportunities that position our meeting and events team to deliver creative, impactful solutions in support of client retention, growth and success. Before joining Etherio, Yorke was the senior event producer at PRA Business Events. She has over 15 years of experience operating events and managing transportation for an array of corporate clients in a variety of industries. Yorke attended Wofford College, where she earned a degree in business administration and art history. She is the former chapter president of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Georgia and is a member of Meeting Planners International’s Georgia chapter. Yorke is a mom to two boys. She loves spending time with friends, hiking, live music, k-dramas, baking, cooking, and eating out at restaurants (so she doesn’t have to cook)!

Marketing Project Manager

From managing projects and client relationships to assisting with brand strategy, Brianna ensures that Etherio’s marketing team is equipped for success. She serves as the main point of contact for clients and Etherio team members, assisting with projects across the board. Prior to joining Etherio, Brianna gained marketing experience in the financial, building, and legal services industries. Brianna graduated from the University of North Georgia with a degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. For many years, Brianna has volunteered with Alzheimer's Association Georgia and Special Olympics Georgia. Brianna is a self-proclaimed “Bravoholic.” If it is Bravo-related, she’s your girl! Reality television is her guilty pleasure — she even attended BravoCon 2022 in New York City!

Steve Goodman, CMP

Managing Director

Steve is a member of our Executive Leadership Team, supporting the strategic initiatives, goals, and noble purpose of Etherio. He serves as a liaison to the executive leaders of our clients, creating and maintaining positive relationships in our industry. Steve also supports the Account Executive Team in managing relationships with key supplier partners. Steve is the founder of Jackson Marketing Group and MeetingAdvice, which is part of the Etherio family of brands. He holds his M.B.A. in Business Administration. Steve is a member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation Leadership Council. He also volunteers with the Crohns and Colitis Foundation and Zoo Atlanta. He has chaired over 20 galas supporting numerous nonprofit organizations. Steve has a twin sister! He's also an avid boater and has met numerous members of the Royal Family.

Deborah Grant

International Liaison, Editor-At-Large

Deborah produces Insight Magazine, a quarterly digital publication for members of the Oracle Applications & Technology Users Group (OATUG). She promotes the organization and recruits non-members by sharing selected premium content that resonates with the audience. She also builds relationships with the organization’s international members to help expand their global reach. She received her B.A. from the International Christian University in Tokyo and studied for two years in Princeton University’s East Asian Studies Ph.D. program, leaving to start her media company in Los Angeles. Deborah has volunteered at The United Way in Atlanta and the Boys & Girls Club of Venice, California. She has also served on the board of directors for The International Charter Academy of Georgia. At age four, Deborah became famous for sneaking out early in the morning to visit her Japanese neighbors’ homes uninvited. She would often be found happily devouring her preferred breakfast (salted salmon, rice, pickled plum, seaweed, and miso soup) with her bemused Japanese hosts looking on.

Alison Griffiths

Finance and Operations Manager

Alison supports the planning, execution, and management of new financial and operational systems, including accounting software, ERP systems, and other related tools. She oversees Etherio's corporate card program, which includes card issuance, account setup, and monitoring card usage. Additionally, Alison supports our internal team by administering technical training programs to enhance team members' financial literacy and proficiency. Alison began her career in the legal industry as a public relations and communications specialist for a healthcare law and medical malpractice defense firm. She served in various law firm administrator roles for 10 years before pivoting to the travel industry, where she started as an office administrator with ABC Global Services. Alison earned her B.S.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Alison is also a public notary and has served as the secretary and treasurer for her homeowner's association since 2016. Alison played 9-ball billiards for the American Poolplayers Association for years, even making it to the National Tournament in Las Vegas.

Latonia Hadley

Accounts Payable Manager

As our accounts payable manager, Latonia supports Etherio by processing corporate invoices and expenses. Latonia brings over 20 years of accounts payable experience to her role at Etherio. She earned her B.A.A. in 2007 and her Master's of Accountancy in 2012. Latonia volunteers at Joe DiMaggio hospital and Children's Place at Home Safe in Boca Raton, FL. Latonia loves family time! She and her husband are sports fans. They love keeping up with football, basketball, boxing, and UFC — just to name a few!

Amanda Hammerli, CMP

Senior Association Manager

Amanda joined Etherio in 2010 and has since served six association clients in various roles. She is the executive director of the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP), overseeing daily operations, guiding strategy, and supporting the financial success of the organization. Prior to joining Etherio, Amanda was the director of events for Goodwood Museum & Gardens in Tallahassee, Florida, for six years. During her tenure, she supported the completion of the $2.5 million facility, which earned the 2008 ConventionSouth Reader’s Choice Award as a top event facility in Florida. Amanda holds her B.A. from Florida State University. Amanda is involved in the Florida Society of Association Executives, Georgia Society of Association Executives, Junior League of Tallahassee, Suwannee River Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, and Children's Home Society of Florida. In 2015, a group of Etherio team members decided to sign up for a client's 5K event, and Amanda spent about a month "training" for what she thought would be her one and only 5K. Eight years later, she has competed in countless 5Ks and 10Ks. In 2022, she completed her first half marathon. Her proudest running moment was the day her 10-year-old son joined her for his first 5K.

Emily Hammonds, MA

Association Manager

As an association manager, Emily manages membership, event registration, and communications for her association client. She is also active on the Etherio Social Committee and assists with The Etherio Times company newsletter, helping foster our company culture. Prior to joining Etherio, Emily gained valuable customer service experience at Walt Disney World and Kaplan Test Prep. She also served as an intern for an event ticketing platform, where she edited content for the website's blog and managed social media accounts. Emily holds a B.A. in English from Shorter University and an M.A. in English from Arizona State University. Emily is a musical theatre-loving history buff who dreams of competing on Jeopardy one day.

Director, Site Selection

As director of site selection, Tifanie searches for, negotiates, and contracts ideal event venues for medium to large groups. She also leads the Atlanta-based site selection team with a focus on operations, ensuring that our processes are best suited to serve our clients. Prior to joining Etherio, Tifanie gained 8 years of experience in convention center sales. She earned her business management degree from Georgia College & State University. Tifanie’s number one bucket list travel destination is to see the Aurora Borealis in Iceland.

Patricia Heinel

Human Resources Administrator

Tricia supports our team members by assisting with orientation and onboarding of new employees, maintaining office equipment, and fostering an overall enjoyable work environment and company culture. Tricia brings experience in marketing, meetings and events, and tradeshows to her role at Etherio. She earned her B.S. in Organizational and Corporate Communication with a minor in business administration at Northern Illinois University. Tricia loves to cook, hike, and go boating. She also enjoys drawing in her spare time.

Zhajake Henderson

Senior Event Manager

Zhajake is responsible for managing and supporting various events, from the beginning of conception through to the execution, including the day-to-day operation of large-scale/budget meetings, client management, and reporting on ROI. Before her time at Etherio, Zhajake had a decade of experience in event and attendee experience management across diverse industry events, including medical education, technology, and HR. Additionally, she has several years of experience leading brand marketing teams. Zhajake received her Associates in Arts in Business Administration. She started playing the trumpet in the 6th grade and, in the past year, has recently picked up and started practicing again. You can find Zhajake boxing at her local gym 3 times a week and taking tennis lessons once a week. Also, she is a leap year baby so she celebrated her 9th birthday in February of this year!

As an event manager, Juliana manages event budgets, logistics, and vendors to support the success of client events. Juliana brings experience in customer service to her role at Etherio. She received her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Juliana’s guilty pleasure is rewatching Gilmore Girls every fall, because she believes there is truly no better time to watch!

Christine Hilgert, CMP

Senior Vice President

As senior vice president, Christine focuses on fostering client success, creating meaningful ways to meet objectives, and achieving goals through the attendee journey. She works to ensure that we adapt to our clients’ changing needs, find new opportunities for innovation, and accelerate growth. Christine has worked in the hospitality industry since her first job at a country club at age 15! She’s gained experience in various event management roles throughout her career, working in special events, banquets, and sporting event management prior to joining Etherio. Christine graduated from the Dedman College of Hospitality at Florida State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. She is involved with the Corporate Event Marketing Association and the International Association of Exhibitions and Events. Christine also serves on the Community Action Board of Los Angeles. You can often find her sharing her expertise at industry events or volunteering at Meals on Wheels and Adopt a Golden Atlanta. Christine enjoys travel, paddle boarding, reading, and being outdoors on a sunny day. She loves to learn new things. For example, she earned her Water Sommelier certificate in 2020 and has been a Fencing referrer!

Neil Hinkle

Application Support Engineer

Neil supports Etherio on all things related to event technology. He sets up, deploys, and provides support for registration systems, print-on-demand solutions, mobile apps, and association management platforms to support our clients’ growth and success. Before joining Etherio, Neil was the Marketing Manager for 2BigFeet, LLC., focusing on marketing strategy, design, and photography. He has held various roles, including Lead Designer and Marketing Specialist, at Mountville Mills (Now M+A Matting) and their subsidiaries. Neil is also a Cvent Account Administrator and has received multiple Graphic Design USA In-House Design Awards and Signet Adstudy Awards. Neil attended Georgia Southern University where he received his B.F.A. in Graphic Design. Neil volunteers with the Atlanta Ghostbusters, a nonprofit group affiliated with Sony Pictures, where he provides support for parades, local events for cities and museums, hospital visits, and more. Neil loves going to fan conventions such as DragonCon, MomoCon, and Anime Weekend Atlanta. He even makes his own cosplays and loves building detailed prop replicas.

Account Executive

As an account executive, James cultivates strong senior executive client relationships, formulates educational and networking programming solutions, assists with event planning and execution, supports our internal and external client teams. James brings over 17 years of experience with in-person, hybrid and virtual events to his role. He also has experience with association management, with expertise in operations, project management, strategic planning, and contract negotiation. James earned his B.A. in Art History from Texas Tech University. James is an artist at heart with a drive to make events a more beautiful place to be. Great design, thought provoking art, exceptional food, good wine, and good company are all his favorite things.

As an exhibitor and sponsor specialist, Lexie works with the International Orthopedic Education Network (IOEN) to manage sponsor relationships and ensure success for educational conferences. She builds and maintains valuable relationships in the medical industry to garner support and ensure growth for IOEN. Prior to joining Etherio, Lexie worked in the orthopedic industry, building the knowledge and relationships needed to produce medical education meetings. Additionally, Lexie has over 20 years of event planning experience for a variety of organizations. Lexie holds a degree in broadcasting and a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) license. Lexie has six children, and they are an extremely active family. They love to wakeboard, hike, snowboard, camp, and play sports!

As a senior conference manager, Darnette focuses on conference logistics, speaker management, and sponsor management. She is responsible for collaborating with both the internal and client team to ensure the planning process runs smoothly and the event meets our client’s needs and goals. Before joining Etherio, Darnette worked as a corporate meeting planner for Blockbuster for more than ten years. Additionally, she was a contractor for the National Hockey League and worked with an agency focused on oncology conferences offering medical CEUs. Darnette earned her B.A. from Florida State University. She volunteers with St. Jude Children's Healthcare, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and Habitat for Humanity. Darnette is a big sports fan — college and pro football, hockey, and racing (F1 and Indy) being her main passions. She also loves to read a good thriller or mystery novel!

At Etherio, Kristen is the Senior Account Director for the BCoD Association and is responsible for overall administration and operation of the organization. This role advises and assists the BCoD in formulating and implementing strategies, objectives and policies to advance the organization’s mission. Kristen has developed and managed sponsorship programs for many organizations – connecting industry with their target audiences and creating win-win opportunities. Working on the largest conferences in the eyecare industry, she collaborated with multiple audiences to develop a program to engage the next generation of professionals – resulting in increased attendance and participation. She received her Bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus in marketing from Missouri State University and Associate's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. Her accomplishments continue with Vision Monday’s Most Influential Women in Optical in 2018 and Optical Women’s Association’s (OWA) Leadership Scholarship Award in 2020. Kristen serves on committees for the OWA and is the Professional Development Chair for The Vision Council’s Emerging Optical Leaders Committee. She has held leadership positions for various Alpha Chi Omega Alumni Associations, the Jaycees, and the Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition.

Trish began her career in hotel and hospitality management. She later shifted to event planning in large corporate settings, managing executive events hosted by the highest-level C-suite executives of global corporations. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University, majoring in hospitality marketing. Trish resides in Connecticut with her husband, son, and three hunting dogs. They love all things outdoors: pheasant hunting, pickleball, golf, skiing, and taking in the fresh air!

As a conference planner, Natalia supports each phase of the conference management process, from buidling out conference agenda to managing speakers to handling confernece logistics. She supports both the internal and client teams to ensure the delivery of best-in-class conferences. Prior to Etherio, Natalia served as a marketing program coordinator at Genuine Parts Company (NAPA), supporting all aspects of project execution and coordination of corporate meetings and events. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she earned her degree in event management from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Natalia is a member of Meeting Professional International (MPI) Georgia. Natalia is originally from Russia and speaks two languages.

Stacey plans and manages impactful high-level and large-scale Life Sciences pharmaceutical launches, annual meetings, and incentives. She is responsible for end-to-end management, encompassing sourcing, preliminary planning, on-site management, and post-conference budget reconciliation Stacey's hospitality career began at Marriott International, where she was a convention services manager. Her career culminated with the Golden Globe Awards, where she organized VIP events for the 2001 awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. Additionally, she has worked in event planning for the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan, KPMG, and Cox Enterprises. Notably, her role as a meeting planner at IAC in NYC garnered recognition, including the Marketing Employee of the Quarter award from Barry Diller, for her exceptional work in planning celebrity fundraisers, DVF fashion shows, and corporate events. Stacey holds a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Stacey enjoys traveling, live music and dancing. Sarah is responsible for Etherio's content strategy and guides external and internal communication campaigns for Etherio and our clients. Writing is Sarah's specialty, whether it's copywriting for a website page or riffing on ideas for marketing content strategy. Before joining Etherio, Sarah gained experience in multiple industries, shaping her abilities to serve various clients. She served as a marketing and training specialist for SaaS products, where she created and led webinars and training sequences years before the pandemic shifted meetings to virtual. Sarah was the assistant to the Waukesha County Executive during the 2009 H1N1 outbreak, sharpening her public relations skills. She has also served as the marketing and communications director at Milwaukee Jewish Day School. Sarah earned her B.S. in Graphic Communication from Carroll University. She has previously volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, working at their ReStore shops. Sarah, a former ballerina, still loves to dance. She also enjoys tap dancing and trying out new dance classes.

As senior vice president, Rob is responsible for leading all outbound business development efforts for Etherio's meetings and events and association management divisions. Additionally, Rob heads up the Etherio Denver office. Rob brings years of executive-level experience to his role at Etherio. Notably, he was the president of both Pikes Peak International Raceway and the Grand Prix of Denver. Rob has also served as the chief executive officer of the Billiard Congress of America and the Denver director of client services for Etherio. Rob is a graduate of the University of Colorado, where he earned his B.S. in Journalism. Additionally, Rob was a senior advisory council member of the Colorado Motorsports Hall of Fame and a Board Member of the University of Colorado Alumni Association. Rob has received the Billiard Congress of America President’s Award and the United States Auto Club Promoter of the Year Award. He is also an inductee into the Colorado Motorsports Hall of Fame. Rob takes great pride in his Colorado spirit — boasting about living in the Centennial State is practically second nature to him! When he's not cheering on his beloved University of Colorado sports teams with his wife and three sons, you might spot him tearing through the Colorado mountains on his trusty mountain bike.

Shelley manages the Financial Executives International - Colorado Chapter (FEI Colorado) and helps support the Colorado Society for Human Resource Management (COSHRM) State Council , working with their leadership to achieve member retention and recruitment goals through social networking, engaging professional development, educational exchange and building lasting connections. Prior to Etherio, Shelley has extensive association and non-profit experience supporting clients such as the American Bar Association, American Massage Therapy Association and the American Dental Association. She most recently worked as the Administrative Director of the Illinois Council of Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists. Shelley attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned a B.A. in Speech Communication with a minor in Public Relations. Shelley and her family established a memorial foundation to honor her sister. The foundation donates funds for gastric cancer research and scholarships for oncology nurses in Chicago area hospitals. Shelley is a native of Chicago but loves living in Denver and enjoys taking advantage of Colorado's extensive sunshine and natural beauty.

As the director of education, Mike manages the educational processes within technical conferences on behalf of our clients. By recommending and implementing an array of educational session types, Mike supports associations by adding educational value for members. Prior to joining Etherio, Mike managed sales and training programs at Xerox. He received his B.A. in Business and Economics from the University of California in Santa Barbara. He works closely with the boards of both the Oracle Applications Technology Users Group (OATUG) and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) SIG. Mike is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Mike loves adventures — hiking, rafting, or anything involving nature. He has also been playing beach volleyball for over 25 years.

Nicole specializes in creating mobile apps, registration sites, and websites for our clients’ events. She also provides technology support on site, which can range from printer set up to mobile app support. Prior to working at Etherio, Nicole supported the development of a mobile application document for the City of Decatur. She also worked with Truist to develop a plan for use of the metaverse and web 2.0. Nicole earned her undergraduate degree in business administration in computer information systems and finance from Georgia State University. She also volunteers with “Her-Drive,” non-profit organization that collects donations of female and general hygiene products for people in need. Nicole speaks three languages fluently: English, Spanish, and Korean. She was born and raised in Argentina, Buenos Aires. On the weekends, she likes going to good restaurants and trying new activities!

As vice president of association management, Karl leads our team members and clients to achieve their goals and drive long-term success. Through strategic partnership with client boards and senior leadership, he leverages his association management expertise to help associations succeed financially, increase membership, and maximize return on investment. Prior to joining Etherio, Karl gained almost 20 years of association management experience as an executive with the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry, the Institute of Industrial Engineers, and other national and regional associations. His experience includes executive director and director positions focused on membership, technical divisions, certification programs, and the implementation of continuous improvement efforts. Karl holds a B.S. in Engineering Technology from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and a M.S. in Technology Management from the Stetson School of Business at Mercer University. Karl has also served in several leadership positions for the Georgia Society of Association Executives. Additionally, he is involved in the American Society of Association Executives and DNS Society. Karl is the youngest of nine siblings and enjoys big gatherings. Family gatherings, neighborhood block parties, and professional sporting events are among his favorite activities!

Michelle brings more than 30 years of experience in the dental and healthcare industries to her role at Etherio. Her experience includes leading the Southeast’s largest dental and medical staffing firm and providing leadership and team development training to dental professionals. Michelle attended Berry College where she received her B.S. in Communication. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and was named as one of the Most Influential People in Dentistry by Incisal Edge Magazine in 2020 and 2021. She also served as a meeting planner for an association for three years. Cathy earned her B.S. in Marketing with a minor in child development from the University of Kentucky. Cathy is a Certified Association Sales Executive (CASE) and volunteers annually with Samaritan's Purse's Operation Christmas Child. Cathy was born and raised in Maui, following in her father's footsteps. She was also an exchange student in high school in the Netherlands and taught conversational English in Japan for a year. Depending on the event, Marcie acts as the project lead or supports a team by owning an area of conference logistics. Before joining Etherio, Marcie worked in event planning for Sea Island, a Forbes five-star resort, planning events for Sea Island Club members and managing the corporate donations program. She also served as a general manager at Marriott. Marcie received her B.S. in Education from the University of Georgia. She serves on the University of Georgia Libraries Board of Visitors and volunteers with MorningStar Children and Family Services supporting fundraising events and campaigns. Marcie’s friend, who is a New York Times and Sunday Times bestseller, used both Marcie’s and Marcie’s husband’s names as the main character in one of her books.

Prior to joining Etherio, Sarah worked at three different public universities in alumni relations and development roles. Most recently, she served as the associate director of alumni engagement for the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned her B.A. in Anthropology. She also studied abroad at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Rob attended Georgia State University where he earned his B.A. degree. You can often find Rob volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America supporting their Whitewater Kayaking Badge Clinics. The last whitewater rapid in Tallulah Gorge, located in northeast Georgia, is named after Rob: “Maxwell's Last Drop.”

With her dynamic background in marketing, sales, and branding, Bri has honed her skills in diverse settings—from healthcare and retail to freelancing for small businesses—all while driving impactful results. This blend of experiences has perfectly positioned her for success as a Digital Marketing Manager. Bri graduated from UNC Charlotte with a  Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. You can find Bri volunteering at Hapeville Community Garden. Bri is a travel enthusiast who loves exploring diverse cultures—Kyoto and Rio de Janeiro are her favorite spots. She enjoys flying drones, dabbling in amateur beekeeping, and gardening in her free time. Bri is all about embracing life's side quests, and she's on a mission to visit all 50 states (27 down, 23 to go) and explore 50+ countries (currently at 14).

Blaire is the client lead serving The Payroll Group and Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Georgia. She specializes in board support, membership management, communications lead, sponsorship sales, meeting registration and planning, and other administrative duties on behalf of our association clients. Blaire joined Etherio in 2019 as a senior association coordinator for The Users Group (TUG) and MPI Georgia. Her first day on the job was onsite in San Antonio with TUG — three days post-graduation! Blaire majored in public relations with a minor in marketing from Georgia Southern University, where she graduated Magma Cum Laude. Blaire is also involved with the Georgia Society of Association Executives. Outside of work, she likes to support non-profits that support the well-being of children, such as Children Miracle Network, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Wellroot Family Services. Blaire always looks up the ending of a book or movie before watching or reading (she hates surprises).

Prior to joining Etherio, Alex worked in the hospitality industry in Europe before joining Ritz Carlton hotel management. She attended Kaufmaennische Handelsschule Baden, a business school in Switzerland. Alex serves on customer advisory boards for Teneo, Louisville, KY, and Indianapolis, IN. She is also involved in VIP Sport and Holding Out Help Utah. Alex is a Swiss native who is fluent in 5 languages. She also loves dancing — you can often find her closing the dance floor down!

As client relationship senior coordinator, Lauren is responsible for growing and nurturing strong working relationships with our clients. She ensures partnerships, services, and products meet the client’s needs while curating an overall positive client experience. Additionally, Lauren oversees registration for the Oracle Applications and Technology Users Group (OATUG)’s annual conference. Prior to joining Etherio, Lauren gained experience as a fine arts support specialist and art educator. She received her B.F.A. in Art Education from Georgia State University. Lauren is a true creative, and she uses her free time to make art and music. She also loves exploring new places, restaurants, and cities.

Hunter Pierce

Senior Association Manager

At Etherio, Hunter provides board support, membership management, communications lead, sponsorship stewardship and support, meeting registration and planning, and other administrative duties on behalf of our association clients, Women in ETFs (WE) and IASH. Before her time at Etherio, Hunter entered the non-profit industry about 10 years ago at Junior Achievement of Georgia as a Volunteer Manager. Making connections and partnering with corporate volunteers, community helpers, and small groups quickly became a passion of hers. Hunter has her psychology degree from the University of Georgia. She has is a volunteer at Exhibit Attendant at Yellow River Wildlife Sanctuary, counselor at The Trevor Project, and a volunteer basketball coach at Tucker Recreation Center. Bravery and adaptability both fuel her superpower of Learning-on-the-Fly. Hunter once showcased this ability by stepping in as a back-up choir singer for Barry Manilow at Lakewood Amphitheater in Atlanta, despite having no professional singing experience. This experience taught her that challenges are also opportunities, and lip sync’ing works in a pinch!

She has also served as a professional speaker booking agent, identifying key decision-makers and negotiating contracts to ensure success for clients. As a senior event coordinator, Kendal works with a team to provide comprehensive event management services to associations. She supports several clients with registration, communication, and community management. Prior to joining Etherio, Kendal gained over four years of operations experience at Walt Disney World Resort. She also served as an event management intern at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival. Kendal earned her B.S. in Event Management, her M.S. in Hospitality and Tourism, and a Graduate Certificate in Event Management from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management. She is focused on small to mid-sized programs, serving as the primary client contact. Ashley has a background in convention housing and event management for conferences and incentives. She also has experience with special projects such as registration, corporate travel, and room block management. Ashley earned her B.S. from the University of North Georgia. Ashley serves as the senior director of education and marketing for the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP). She is responsible for the organization's educational strategy, leveraging existing offerings and introducing new educational programs. Ashley also oversees the development of marketing and communications campaigns to promote the organization and its offerings. Ashley brings more than ten years of experience in non-profit and association management to her role. Prior to Etherio, she was the director of certification at the American College of Rheumatology. Ashley attended Emory University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Public Health, and then the University of New Hampshire, Health Education where she earned her B.A. in Psychology. Ashely earned her Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) designation from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. Ashley is an avid runner and has been a part of a local Atlanta running group for the past eight years. She has run races ranging from 5Ks to half-marathons, but her favorite distance is a 10-miler.

As vice president of association events, Kowana leads a team of event planners in executing best in class and impactful events for our association clients. Kowana also provides strategic guidance and serves as a center of excellence for all association meetings ensuring that Etherio produces events that delight and inspire our customers. Prior to joining Etherio, Kowana planned city-wide conferences in major US cities for a North Carolina association. Most recently, Kowana has done extensive work within both the meeting planning and association management divisions at Etherio. She was a senior event manager for several years, planning and implementing many large conferences before being promoted to senior director. Kowana earned her B.S. in Administrative Services from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She has twice been named a “Meeting Professional to Watch” by ConventionSouth Magazine. Kowana is currently active in her alma mater's local alumni chapter executive board, serving as corresponding secretary. She also serves as the lead ambassador for Ladies of A&T (LOAT, LLC) in Atlanta. When she's not working, Kowana enjoys spending quality time with friends and family — that is, when she's not watching reality TV!

He oversees the strategic direction of technology services both internally and externally, providing innovative solutions that fuel success. No matter the technological challenge, Mahesh prides himself on being able to figure it out no matter what! Mahesh has been with Etherio for more than 15 years, working with both associations and corporate clients to help them achieve their goals. Mahesh holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in Forest Products and Computer Science. He earned his PMP from the Project Management Institute. He is also a member of the PMI Atlanta Chapter and volunteers for Food4Lives. Mahesh loves to travel and volunteer. He once volunteered during Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta and got to meet celebrities and players from both teams. He has travelled to over 15 countries and 25 states in the United States.

As a senior event manager at Etherio, Julie is responsible for event management, starting from the beginning of conception through to the execution and final budget reconciliation. She handles the day-to-day operations of large-scale meetings and all related event logistics. Prior to joining Etherio, Julie worked in hotel sales and convention services for a Destination Management Company and a Convention and Visitors Bureau. She also brings 25 years of experience as a meeting planner for Fortune 500 companies, specializing in annual conventions, board meetings, and incentive trips. Most recently, Julie gained experience providing event management services through her own LLC. She is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma with a B.B.A. in Marketing. Additionally, Julie is the chair of her neighborhood HOA's Social Team, where she is responsible for planning annual events. The beach is Julie’s happy place. She lives in Tampa, FL and loves the year-round fresh air and sunshine. She’s even learning to play golf!

Eli oversees Etherio's Life Sciences business unit, servicing a vast portfolio of pharmaceutical and late-stage biopharmaceutical companies. He manages the operation of a wide variety of global meetings, including commercial, medical, and international congresses. He is also a part of Etherio's Executive Leadership Committee, playing an integral role in developing our strategy and vision as an organization. Eli brings years of experience in the hospitality industry to his role. He has worked in sales and marketing with the Boca Raton Resort & Club, Inter-Continental Hotels, and Hilton Hotels. Eli is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University with a degree in hotel and restaurant management. When he’s not working, Eli enjoys outdoor activities and checking items off his bucket list with his family. Some of his adventures include zip lining in Costa Rica and a catamaran sail in Mykonos.

Jen serves as Vice President for Association Management for the National Property Management Association (NPMA) and the International Orthopedic Education Network (IOEN). She provides leadership and governance to the respective boards of directors to support the daily operations and long-term success of the organizations. Prior to joining Etherio, Jen served in executive director roles since 2012, helping various clients grow their services and revenues. She has her B.S. in Economics and her M.B.A. in Management. Jen also holds a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Ethics and a Healthcare Meetings Compliance Certificate. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). Jen is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). She also volunteers with Red Rover Responders and Atlanta Lab Rescue, where she was a board member from 2008 to 2020. Jen loves to travel. Having grown up in a very small town in Indiana, she always dreamed of seeing the world when she grew up. She has visited all 50 states as well as 36 countries across four continents. Her next goal is to visit the remaining three continents within the next six years.

She started her hospitality career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in transient sales after college. Jenny has her undergraduate degree in Management from Georgia Tech. Jenny likes traveling, hiking, and camping with her family and her pet Dalmatian. Fun fact about Jenny is that she is a mom to twin identical boys.

As Vice President of Client Services, Craig provides managerial oversight of Biologic Coordinators of Dermatology (BCoD), a full-service management client of Etherio, including its strategy, conference, and industry relationships. Craig is also developing new proprietary medical and marketing conferences for Etherio Life Sciences. Before his time at Etherio, Craig founded BCoD, a community for Dermatology office staff to network and enhance their education. He has spent over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, bringing business acumen in sales and marketing, conference design experience, and strong relationships with pharmaceutical partners. Craig received his B.A. in Psychology from Middlebury College in Vermont. Craig has lived in 5 different cities and has landed nicely in Brentwood, TN, with his wife and 2 kids.

She also founded 3 Diamonds Foundation, a nonprofit serving underprivileged children on the island of St. Vincent and Grenadines. As an event manager, Bryden is responsible for planning and executing events for corporate clients. She primarily focuses on event registration and planning logistics. Bryden works on a variety of event types, supporting events of various sizes across a range of industries. Before joining Etherio, Bryden worked in the events industry as a wedding coordinator. She then gained experience in venue management and catering at a local Atlanta brewery. Bryden has also worked in guest services for the Atlanta Braves. She received her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina. One of Bryden’s favorite activities is attending Atlanta Braves baseball games. She even has a World Series ring from her time working with the Braves.

Kelley leads the Etherio incentive team, mentoring and developing a team of highly motivated and skilled incentive experts. She manages key client relationships and designs and executes exceptional incentive and VIP travel experiences. Before Etherio, Kelley was a Meeting and Event senior planner for American Express in NYC and Atlanta. She was also a Manager of Incentives for WorldTravel Meetings and Incentives (now BCD Travel), was a Managing Director of Events for Czarnowski Collective, and owned her own event business, PlanIt Strong, for the past 15 years, where she planned and operated high-end international incentive trips and customer events. Kelley has a BS in marketing from Missouri State University and a minor in French. She is a CITP (Certified Incentive Travel Professional) from the Tuck-WBENC Executive program at Dartmouth College. Kelley volunteers with the Insight Program, a non-profit organization that promotes and advocates for adolescents’ mental health. Kelley planned the winning Super Bowl party for the GreenBay Packers in Dallas, which had 600 guests and Kid Rock as the entertainment. Some of her hobbies include paddleboarding, hiking, golf, her dogs, and traveling to see her kids in Asheville and Lake Oconee. Proud mom, her son is following in Kelley's hospitality footsteps, working at the Ritz-Carlton at Lake Oconee, and her daughter starts grad school in August as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor.

Lauren Suttle is the project lead for several client programs. She works with our internal team and directly with the client to facilitate events that support their goals and fuel growth. Before joining Etherio, Lauren worked in corporate events. Notably, she worked at RealPage with their corporate events team where she managed several vertical sales teams and their tradeshows, events, and budget plans. She also handled speaker management for RealPage's user conference, RealWorld. Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Lauren has three young sons, and most of her time outside of work is spent with family. She also loves to travel and be a tourist in new places.

Suzanne Taylor

Event Manager

As an event manager, Suzanne manages small and medium meetings and supports large conferences. Additionally, she provides onsite vendor management, collaborates with marketing to create engaging themes and designs, and manages post-event feedback to improve future meetings and events. Prior to joining Etherio, Suzanne worked in a variety of roles at an EdTech company as an Events Manager. She planned and executed events, including a user conference, a leadership camp for students and educators, an upscale two-day prospecting event with educational thought leaders, and private dinners and parties. Additionally, she supported the sales team in large urban districts and at trade shows and conferences. Suzanne holds her A.S. in Business Administration and certifications in marketing and digital marketing. She’s also an active volunteer with Magic Wand Foundation, a nonprofit whose mission is to empower youth to follow their passions and build resilience. One of the most fun experiences Suzanne has had was being chosen by MasterCard to appear in a TV commercial and print ad. She also represented MasterCard on the television show The View, where she and Whoopi Goldberg gave a viewer a vacation to the United Kingdom!

She has many years of experience as a planner for nonprofit trade associations and healthcare organizations. Amanda has also worked in hotels and event venues in sales and event operations. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising from Syracuse University, Syracuse NY and has her Associates Degrees in Baking & Pastry Arts and Culinary Management from the Institute of Culinary Education. Amanda is a professionally trained pastry chef who now just bakes for fun! She loves to travel, read, work out, and her newest hobby is refinishing furniture!

As an association manager, Erica supports Mile High Society for Human Resources Management (Mile High SHRM). Prior to Etherio, Erica has previously served as a Fraternity and Sorority Advisor at Davidson College and Baylor University. Erica was the Marketing and Events Director for The Horse's Axe, an axe-throwing and billiards entertainment venue. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Dance Minor from Carthage College and Masters of Science in Education (Higher Education and Student Affairs) from Baylor University. Erica has been a competitive axe thrower since 2018, competing in hatchet and big axe. She has a dog named Sadie and they love to go for walks and hikes. Erica also loves crafting and has recently started to embroider.

Senior Vice President, Meetings and Events

Tina fuels success for our Meetings & Events team by managing operations and team development. She creates and implements best-in-class processes and procedures in alignment with our goals and objectives. Additionally, Tina is responsible for creating cross-functional teams to support clients' needs and foster support and guidance for all team members. Tina has a professional background in advertising. She has held leadership positions with several organizations, notably as president of USMotivation. In 2017, she launched GRATITUDESgroup, a talent optimization and culture engineering agency headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Tina attended Appalachian University, the University of North Carolina Asheville, and The Art Institute of Atlanta. She has served as the vice president of research and content and sat on the Board of Trustees for The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) Foundation, where she is still a very active member. She is also a former president of Recognition Professionals International (RPI). Tina supports the Boyce Ansley School, an elementary school that supports children facing homelessness, and The Aruna Project, a nonprofit working towards sustained, lifelong freedom for survivors of human trafficking. She also volunteers at Buckhead Church. Tina owns a non-profit called GRATITUDESheart, which supports Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and the Georgia Alliance for Breast Cancer. Niki is the travel manager on behalf of all Etherio brands. She brings an innovative approach to negotiating mutually beneficial solutions for Etherio and our clients by optimizing commercial and private airline contracts and relationships. She also assists with choosing the best corporate travel partners for our business. Before joining Etherio, Niki worked for The Home Depot's Travel and Events Management Departments for 13 years. She managed the Travel Department for Wachovia Bank in downtown Atlanta. Additionally, Niki has experience at American Express assisting the Centurion Members and at Continental Airlines as a flight attendant. She received her associate's degree from Virginia Western in Roanoke, Virginia, and her Certified Travel Associate degree from Lucas Travel School in North Carolina. Additionally, Niki attended the University of Georgia, where she received a Conference and Meeting Management Certification. Niki volunteers at the Atlanta Community Food Bank and Special Pops Tennis Program serving children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Niki has a passion for travel and exploration. Dawn plays an integral role in delivering operational excellence and managing account relationships, fostering success for our team and our clients. Dawn brings over 30 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals industry, most recently serving as senior director of global meetings and conventions for Regeneron, a leading biotechnology company. She has also held leadership positions with Pfizer, FreemanXP supporting Sanofi, and the United States Air Force. She holds an M.B.A. in Healthcare Administration from National University. Dawn is also an active member of the Healthcare Convention and Exhibitor Association, Meeting Professionals International, and the MPI-MD Advisory Council. Dawn loves to hike with her dog Snoopy and all his four-legged friends (sometimes up to 12 other dogs)! She also enjoys vacationing on the beach, skiing on the slopes, or just spending quality time with family and friends.

Lisa Williams

Association Senior Manager

Lisa is responsible for managing general education courses, speakers, and exhibitors on behalf of the National Property Management Association (NPMA). She also works alongside NPMA’s seminar education planning committee and provides governance support by managing the annual National Delegate's process. Prior to joining Etherio, Lisa gained years of experience in association management, including roles in membership, governance, chapter management, board and volunteer relations, events, and budgeting. She has worked with individual membership associations, trade associations, and labor unions serving diverse populations. Lisa earned her B.A. in French from Indiana University. She is an elected council person for the Rising Sun City Council, serves on the Board of Works for Rising Sun, Indiana, is the Vice President of the Rising Sun Redevelopment Commission, and serves on the Board of Directors for Rising Sun Main Street. Lisa is an avid gardener and works part-time at a local garden center.

Ashleigh Wilson

Site Selection Manager

Ashleigh provides detailed venue research and contracting services for association and corporate clients. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals by providing best-in-class site selection services. Ashleigh began her hospitality career at White Lodging Services as a Red Coat. She contributed to the hotel’s #1 Red Coat Satisfaction Program in 2010, propelling her career as a conference services manager. Ashleigh contributed to the property’s #1 Event Satisfaction Hotels Award of North America by Travel + Leisure Magazine in 2012. Ashleigh has also supported events like the Kentucky Derby and the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Awards. Ashleigh completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Louisville. Ashleigh has a passion for fitness and cheerleading. She loves spending time with family, traveling, and having full conversations with her Pomeranian dog as if he understands her!

Linsey Wisdom-Weeks

Director of Membership and Business Development

As the director of membership and business development for the Oracle Applications User Group (OATUG), Linsey provides customer support and problem resolution to Oracle application users. Additionally, Linsey negotiates contracts and manages deliverables for OATUG's annual conference, Ascend. She also manages year-round marketing, brand awareness, and thought leadership initiatives. Linsey began her career in sales and marketing before transitioning to the nonprofit industry, specializing in board governance. She earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Georgia, Athens. Linsey is a member of the Georgia Society of Association Executives (GSAE). She is passionate about at-risk youth, and volunteers with organizations that focus on homelessness, foster care, mental health, and breaking negative cycles impacting today's youth. Linsey is an avid global traveler and an international food enthusiast.

Kori Preston

Event Manager

As an event manager, Kori is responsible for the day-to-day management of communications, registration, housing, and logistics for client programs across an array of industries. Before joining Etherio, Kori managed a private event venue, gaining experience with contract negotiation, customer relations, and day-of coordination involving multiple vendors. Kori holds a bachelor's degree in business administration. You can often find Kori volunteering with local non-profit organizations in Atlanta. Kori and her spouse love to build LEGO sets together. She has many LEGO flower bouquets, while he enjoys building Star Wars sets. Kori also enjoys attending concerts in the many music venues Atlanta has to offer.

Tara Zeravsky, CMP

Senior Association and Conference Manager

Tara is an association manager supporting the Popular Culture Association, fostering success by managing day-to-day operations, membership, logistics, and more. She is also a conference planner supporting several other association management clients. Prior to joining Etherio, Tara worked in event management at Tupperware, planning annual sales meetings, incentive trips, and educational seminars. She holds her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Human Resource Management. Tara is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Georgia. She also volunteers at Petsmart in the cat adoption area with her daughter. Tara recently adopted three kittens, bringing the Zeravsky zoo to five cats and two dogs. She is a self-proclaimed “old cat lady” before her time!
